hosted at our site for free. You and other club members can add and change
events on your calendar. There's no need to have a web expert or
programmer. Your calendar is automatically updated each time you add a new
event eliminating the need to update your web site.

Direct access to your calendar. A web site is not
required, but if you have one you can link directly to your calendar from it.

Automatically shows the next 12 months of events starting from the
current month.

Provides quick links to a particular months events.

Accommodates multiple day events. Multiple day events that start in one month and end in another
are automatically listed in both months.

Accommodates both public and private events. Events can be displayed
in just your private calendar or in both your private one and
horseNpony.com's general calendar so you can attract outside participants to
your events.

Creating a Personal Calendar for your club or organization

Step 1 - Add your
club or organization to the directory
Before creating a
calendar for your club or organization, you must add your club or
organization to the directory. Please note the ID number that is
assigned to your club during this process. Click
here to add your club or organization
to the directory now.
Step 2 - Add your
events
To create a personal calendar, use the "Calendar of Events
- Add an Event" option to enter the events. The first question on
the form is "Organization Name". Be sure to enter the same
organization name you entered in the directory. This is important
because it is used to group together all the events for your organization.

Step 3 - Add the calendar to your organizations web site*
*If your club or organization doesn't have a web site, skip to step
number 4 below.
To add the calendar to your organizations web site, insert a hyperlink
on your site that points to:
http://horseNpony.com/my_calendar.asp?id=n
Where "n" is the ID number of your organizations directory listing
(from step 1 above).
In the alternative, you can use the following hyperlink to point to
your calendar:
http://horseNpony.com/my_calendar.asp?name=myorg
Where "myorg" is the name of your organization.
Step 4 - My Club doesn't have a web site
If your club doesn't have a web site, you can view your calendar using
the "My Club's Calendar" button or by entering:

in your browser.
